国际劳工组织：提高青年人创业的意识和能力

青年失业问题是一个全球性挑战。“了解企业”（KAB）项目是由国际劳工组织开发的课程体系，旨在提高青年人创业意识和能力。该项目于2005年被引入中国，逐渐发展成为KAB创业教育（中国）项目，目前已覆盖全国1700多所高校，培养师资上万名。

中南财经政法大学邓汉慧教授，KAB高级培训师，一直致力于大学生KAB创业教育。她多年来始终坚持在教学一线，构建了“课堂教学-课外延展”的培养模式，形成不同层次、类型的大学创业教育。邓教授指导过的100多个团队的23项创业项目获得各级各类奖项。中南财经财经政法大学将KAB创业教育融入专业教育，纳入各专业人才培养方案。2005年以来，已有超过3万名学生学习创业课程，创业意愿从2%上升到53%，从KAB创业教育课堂走出了一大批具有创新创业能力与思维的就业者和创业者。

Youth unemployment is a major global challenge. Know About Business (KAB) initiated by the ILO, is a training methodology to create awareness about entrepreneurship among youth and reduce youth unemployment. It was brought to China in 2005 and so far KAB China has covered over 1,700 universities with over 10,000 qualified trainers across the country.

Ms. Deng Hanhui, now a master trainer and a professor of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (ZUEL), devotes herself to KAB training and guiding since a decade. She has been teaching KAB relevant courses in person for years and innovates the “in class training, after class practicing” training model. Professor Deng has successfully guided over 100 college student entrepreneurship teams, 23 of which won medals in a variety of entrepreneurship contests.

KAB training at ZUEL has been integrated into professional education curriculum and over 30,000 college students have attended various entrepreneurship courses since 2005. The rate of entrepreneurial intention rose from 2% to 53% among college students at ZUEL over the past 12 years. As a result, a large number of graduates start their career with innovative entrepreneurial thinking and others start their own business with excellent entrepreneurial abilities.
