食物与农业创新

联合国粮农组织旨在中国推动可持续的、社会平等的农业发展，不让任何人掉队。自2017年以来，粮农组织便开始和清华大学建立伙伴关系，通过农业创新实验室(Ag-LabCx)加强其在食物和农业创新方面的能力。它为政府、青年人才、私营部门和民间社会参与解决与农业、营养和粮食安全有关的问题提供了一个空间和一套方案。来自清华大学的数百名学生和来自不同领域的嘉宾参加了粮农组织的创新活动。成千上万的网民通过网络直播观看了活动。他们通过设计思维过程，提出解决问题的方案，如减少食物损失和浪费，促进生产和提高食品安全，保护农业遗产等。通过“Ag-LabCx”，粮农组织已与12个强有力的伙伴合作，他们都为其创新活动作出了巨大贡献。为了让更多的合作伙伴和个人参与到粮农组织的创新工作中，粮农组织计划建立一个创新中心，以记录和分享发展中国家特别是中国“一带一路”沿线国家在农业和农村发展方面的最新创新信息。

FAO aims at promoting asustainable, social and equitable agriculture development and leaving no onebehind in China. Since 2017, FAO has started its partnership with TsinghuaUniversity to strengthen its innovation capacity on food and agriculturethrough “Ag-LabCx”. It offers a space and a set of protocols for engaging thegovernment, young talents, private sector and civil society in problem-solvingrelated to agriculture, nutrition and food security. Hundreds of students fromTsinghua University and guests from different sectors participated in FAOinnovation event. Tens of thousands of netizens watched events through live webbroadcast. They went through design thinking processes and proposed solutionsto resolve problems, such as reducing food loss and waste, boosting productionand enhancing product safety, and protecting agricultural heritage. Through the“Ag-LabCx”, FAO has engaged 12 strong partners which all made tremendouscontribution to its innovation activities. To involve more partners and individuals in FAO’s innovation efforts,FAO intends to establish an Innovation Hub, which is a platform to document andshare the latest innovations in agriculture and rural development amongdeveloping countries, especially those along the Belt and Road Initiative ofChina.
