原标题：南山铝业与法国飞卓宇航签署合资协议
南山铝业(600219)与法国飞卓宇航集团在范堡罗航展上签署正式合资合作合同，宣告南山飞卓宇航工业有限公司正式成立。下一步，双方将在山东省龙口市南山航空材料产业园内共同投资建设航空部件深加工生产线，为国内外主流飞机主机厂提供产品解决方案。
