沃格光电：创东方富凯等拟减持不超6%股份
证券时报e公司讯，沃格光电(603773)5月26日晚间公告，股东创东方富凯及创东方富本，拟通过集中竞价交易方式，合计减持公司股份不超过总股本的6%（即567.57万股），期限为15个交易日后的6个月内。两名股东为一致行动人，现合计持股比例12.80%。
