穗恒运Ａ：拟2200万元参设氢燃料电池公司
证券时报e公司讯，穗恒运Ａ(000531)6月9日晚间公告，公司以自有资金2200万元参与设立广州雄韬氢恒科技有限公司，公司持有其27.5%股权。新公司将生产氢燃料电池电堆和发动机系统；合作股东方为雄韬股份(002733)的全资子公司深圳氢雄。
