虽然全球跨境投资整体不景气，中国吸收外资额不仅没下降，反而稳中有升。商务部外资司司长宗长青18日说，目前全球投资者对华投资仍保持信心，中国吸收外资仍在稳定增长，预计今年稳外资目标能够实现。（记者 李晓喻）
