e 公司讯，证监会上市公司监管部副主任孙念瑞在回答证券时报记者提问时表示，分拆并不会损害上市公司利益。从市场层面，企业对分拆上市有自身约束，分拆后子公司还在上市公司合并报表范围内，上市公司仍有收益权；二是可以促进分拆出去的子公司有更合理的估值，母公司估值也有提升。
