证券时报e公司讯，露笑科技(002617)2月24日晚间公告，公司拟在诸暨市出资设立全资子公司露笑碳硅，注册资本拟为1亿元，经营范围包括第三代半导体碳化硅产品（碳化硅晶片)；研究、开发碳化硅晶片等。本次设立全资子公司，旨在拓展公司在碳化硅领域的业务布局和发展，增强公司的研发能力，提高市场竞争力。
