国家发改委：纠正以环保名义搞无猪市无猪县

财联社3月19日讯，国家发改委农经司副司长邱天朝称，落实生猪养殖用地政策，对于把不符合要求的耕地或其他土地划入永久基本农田的，经县级相关部门核实后允许发展生猪养殖，并结合永久基本农田核实整改工作，及时进行补划；简化和规范生猪养殖的环评管理，对于以环保名义擅自搞无猪市、无猪县的，要坚决予以纠正。
