4月26日消息，有投资人表示，有中行员工致电其称，总行决定暂时不追缴原油宝保证金欠款，同时暂时不纳入征信。该名员工同时表示，强平问题官方已有答复，最终处理结果还需要等总行确定。
值得注意的是，通话录音显示，该名员工同时询问投资人“到20%强平价格能否接受”。
