证券时报e公司讯，华夏银行(600015)4月27日晚间公告，公司近日收到《中国银保监会关于筹建华夏理财有限责任公司的批复》，公司获准筹建华夏理财有限责任公司。筹建工作完成后，公司将按照有关规定和程序向中国银行保险监督管理委员会提出开业申请。
