证券时报e公司讯，闻泰科技(600745)5月19日晚间公告，云南省国资委将持有的云南城投集团50.59%股权划转注入云投集团，云南省国资委将增加在云投集团的国家资本金，云投集团将通过云南城投集团及其一致行动人云南融智间接拥有公司10.94%权益。
