中国宝安：拟8.4亿元转让三家子公司股权 预计可产生约3亿元收益
证券时报e公司讯，中国宝安(000009)5月28日晚间公告，公司拟将持有的港宝置业、恒通置地、恒运实业三家公司100%的股权转让给陕西鸿基，交易总价款合计为8.40亿元。若本次交易成功，预计可产生约3亿元的收益。
