华泰证券：江苏国信集团完成增持计划 耗资2.31亿元
证券时报e公司讯，华泰证券(601688)6月4日晚间公告，江苏省国信集团于4月3日至6月4日期间，通过港股通的方式增持公司H股股份2001万股，约占公司总股数的0.22%，累计增持金额2.31亿元人民币。该增持计划已实施完毕。增持后，国信集团持有公司股份13.49亿股，约占公司总股本的14.86%。
