长沙银行：拟定增募资不超60亿元 补充公司核心一级资本
证券时报e公司讯，长沙银行(601577)6月9日晚间公告，拟定增募资不超60亿元，扣除相关发行费用后将全部用于补充公司核心一级资本。本次非公开发行的发行对象为包括长沙市财政局在内的不超过35名特定投资者，其中长沙市财政局拟认购不低于1.2亿股。
