奥飞数据：拟2.5亿元收购上海永丽100%股权
证券时报e公司讯，奥飞数据(300738)6月10日晚间公告，公司拟2.5亿元收购上海永丽100%的股权。公司本次收购主要着眼于标的公司约5.3万平方米的自有土地，该地块位于上海市浦东新区航头镇航头路128号，其剩余土地使用权年限约为36年，公司计划将在此处建设数据中心。
