因赛集团：拟2.35亿元获取天与空51%股权
证券时报e公司讯，因赛集团(300781)6月15日晚公告，公司拟以21459.99万元收购上海天与空广告股份有限公司（简称“天与空”）48.78%股权，并拟以2000万元认缴天与空新增注册资本68.19万元，最终合计持有天与空51.01%的股权，此次交易金额为23459.99万元。通过对天与空的投资，公司可进一步完善在上海、华东地区的业务布局。
