公司29日公告称，附属公司四川锦欣拟收购武汉黄浦医院75%股权。武汉黄浦医院为营利性三级专业妇产医院，其为武汉拥有体外受精("IVF")牌照以向患者提供辅助生殖服务("ARS")(包括常规体外受精及胚胎移植("IVF-ET")以及卵胞浆内单精子注射("ICSI"))仅有的两所非公立及营利性医院之一。
