珈伟新能：子公司参与收购8个光伏项目 合计9.5亿元
证券时报e公司讯，珈伟新能(300317)6月30日晚间公告，全资子公司上海珈伟拟与新华水利共同收购振发控股所持有的共计340MW共8个光伏项目，合计约9.5亿元；光伏项目均已取得发改委等部门批复的上网电价，已与电力公司签订了购售电合同和并网调度协议。
