金牛化工：投资设立全资子公司建设D-苯甘氨酸、苯乙酸项目
证券时报e公司讯，金牛化工(600722)7月7日晚公告，公司拟在通辽市开鲁县工业园区投资设立全资子公司内蒙古腾烨科技有限公司，主要建设2000吨/年D-苯甘氨酸、3000吨/年苯乙酸项目，该项目预计总投资12757万元。
