欣天科技：副董事长拟减持公司不超5.56%股份
证券时报e公司讯，欣天科技(300615)8月6日晚间披露半年报，上半年，公司实现营业收入1.07亿元，同比降低8.11%；归母净利润494.98万元，同比降37.79%。公司持股22.29%的副董事长薛枫计划15个交易日后的6个月内，以集中竞价、大宗交易等方式合计减持公司股份不超过1040万股，占公司总股本的5.56%。
