火炬电子：上半年净利同比增28.72% 实控人拟减持股份
证券时报e公司讯，火炬电子(603678)8月7日晚间公告，公司实控人之一、董事兼总经理蔡劲军，计划15个交易日后的6个月内减持不超453万股，即不超过公司总股本的1%。公司同时披露半年报，上半年营收同比增长41%至14.99亿元，净利同比增长28.72%至2.75亿元。
