海王生物：拟定增募资不超25亿元 控股股东全额认购
证券时报e公司讯，海王生物(000078)8月7日晚间公告，公司拟向控股股东海王集团非公开发行不超6.51亿股股份，募资不超25亿元，用于偿还银行借款、补充流动资金。发行后，海王集团持股比例增至54.71%。
