玉龙股份：拟收购澳大利亚黄金开采加工企业
证券时报e公司讯，玉龙股份(601028)8月16日晚间公告，近期，公司与Barto Australia Pty Ltd签署了《收购意向协议》，公司拟以现金方式收购其持有的Barto Gold Mining Pty Ltd的100%股权。标的公司是一家在澳大利亚注册设立的公司，在西澳生产、运营金矿项目，核心业务为黄金的开采和加工。
