中集集团：中集产城拟引入战投 公司对其持股比例降至46%
证券时报e公司讯，中集集团(000039)8月18日晚间公告，非全资子公司中集产城拟引入曲江文投作为战略投资者，曲江文投向中集产城增资暂定为23.5亿元，完成后持有中集产城20%股权。本次交易完成后，本公司通过中集申发对中集产城的持股比例降至45.92%。
