航天宏图：拟定增募资不超7亿元
证券时报e公司讯，航天宏图(688066)8月20日晚披露向特定对象发行A股股票预案，募集资金总额不超过7亿元，用于分布式干涉SAR高分辨率遥感卫星系统项目、北京创新研发中心项目、补充流动资金项目。公司同时披露，持股4.43%的股东架桥富凯投资拟减持不超736万股，占公司总股本的4.43%。
