英国审计监管机构近日宣布，对德勤处以1500万英镑罚款。因其对被惠普收购的软件公司Autonomy的审计工作存在“严重和连续的失误。该公司及其两位前合伙人因为2009年和2010年对Autonomy财务报表的审计失职而受到调查。2011年，Autonomy被惠普以110亿美元的价格收购，但一年后惠普声称在收购过程中遭到财务欺诈，被迫减记了88亿美元的资产。
