10月9日，国庆+中秋长假结束后的首个交易日，人民币兑美元汇率跳涨。
在岸人民币兑美元一度涨破6.72关口，创2019年4月24日来新高，今日盘初大幅补涨逾800点。
离岸人民币兑美元一度涨破6.71关口，最高至6.7075元，创2019年4月22日来新高，日内涨约300点。
人民币对美元中间价上调305个基点，报6.7796。
