财联社1月24日讯，上海市十五届人大五次会议开幕，上海市市长龚正作政府工作报告。龚正表示，上海“五个中心”建设实现重大目标，国际经济、金融、贸易、航运中心基本建成，具有全球影响力的科技创新中心形成基本框架。
