南风股份：拟10.62亿元出售中兴能源装备100%股权
证券时报e公司讯，南风股份(300004)6月22日晚间公告，公司拟通过现金出售的方式，向关联方颐帆科技出售公司持有的中兴能源装备有限公司100%股权。本次交易构成重大资产重组。本次重大资产出售标的资产的交易价格确定为10.62亿元。
