吴说区块链获悉，币安Launchpad项目网站与手机端疑似对所有中国地区用户下线。据吴说区块链推特用户反馈，海外均处于正常状态。币安疑似是针对所有中国手机/IP的用户下线了这一板块，使用VPN也无法打开Launchpad。Launchpad是币安历史悠久的IEO项目。
