财联社7月15日讯，今日，针对建行系统崩溃一事，建行方面回复贝壳财经记者称，只有早上故障了20多分钟，现在已经恢复正常，早上可能是系统出现故障可能和系统更新有关。同时，系统升级还引发早上柜台业务出现故障。
