晨化股份：拟建设年产4万吨聚醚胺及4.2万吨聚醚项目
e公司讯，晨化股份(300610)9月26日晚间公告，近日，公司全资子公司淮安晨化与淮安投促局签订《淮安晨化新材料有限公司年产4万吨聚醚胺及4.2万吨聚醚项目合作框架协议》，拟在江苏淮安工业园区投资约6.00亿元，用地50亩左右，建设年产4万吨聚醚胺及4.2万吨聚醚项目，最终建设内容及供地以项目备案、土地出让面积为准。
