5月22日，武汉经开区住建局5月21日发布消息，为支持刚性和改善性购房者合理需求，促进房地产市场平稳健康发展，自5月22日起，武汉经开区的沌阳、沌口、军山新城区域从原限购区域调整为不限购区域。自此，武汉经开区全面取消住房限购政策。
