穆迪下调绿地控股家族评级至“Caa2”，展望“负面”
5月31日，穆迪投资者服务公司宣布将绿地控股集团有限公司（Greenland Holding Group Company Limited，简称“绿地控股集团”）的企业家族评级从“B2”下调至“Caa2”，将绿地全球投资有限公司（Greenland Global Investment Limited，简称“绿地全球”）中期票据计划的高级无抵押债务评级从“（P）B3”下调至“（P）Caa3”；高级无抵押票据评级从“B3”下调至“Caa3”。绿地全球的中票计划和高级无抵押票据由绿地控股集团提供无条件、不可撤销的担保。同时，穆迪已将所有评级移出下调观察名单，展望“负面”。
