3D MEDICINES-B(01244)公布招股结果，每股发售价厘定24.98港元，每手500股，一手中签率25.01%，认购7手可稳获一手，预期将于12月15日挂牌上市。
该股于香港公开发售部分合共接获2805有效申请，超额认购约4.97倍，国际发售部分超购约0.26倍。
集资净额约2.51亿港元，其中约90%将主要用于产品和候选药物的研发、监管备案及商业化；约10%将用于一般企业及营运资金用途。
