证券时报e公司讯，指南针(300803)1月12日晚间公告，公司的全资子公司网信证券有限责任公司因经营发展需要，对公司名称进行了变更，并取得了沈阳市沈河区市场监督管理局核发的《营业执照》。网信证券变更后的名称为“麦高证券有限责任公司”。
