国睿科技：全资子公司签订7382万元设备采购合同
证券时报e公司讯，国睿科技(600562)2月15日晚间公告，全资子公司国睿防务拟与中电莱斯签订某型雷达系统项目配套设备采购合同，合同总额7381.78万元。公司与中电莱斯同受中国电子科技集团控制，此次关联交易属于公司全资子公司向关联方采购产品，交易价格按照公平市场价格确定。
