证券时报e公司讯，惠博普(002554)4月19日晚间公告，公司正在筹划以发行股份及支付现金的方式，购买长沙水业集团有限公司及长江生态环保集团有限公司合计持有的长沙市排水有限责任公司100%股权，同时募集配套资金。此次交易预计构成重大资产重组。公司股票自4月20日开市起停牌。
