在夏季达沃斯论坛上，国家电网有限公司董事长辛保安指出，今年电力供应的形势总体是稳定可控的。但是随着气候变化以及经济的快速发展，用电量在大幅增长，所以在局部地区、局部时段、高峰时段可能还会存在一些小的缺口，已经通过各种措施进行了电网调度的优化。
