中国电建：新疆首座抽水蓄能电站上水库蓄水通过阶段性验收
证券时报e公司讯，近日，由中国电建EPC总承包的新疆首座抽水蓄能电站迎来重大节点——上水库蓄水通过阶段性验收，为首台机组发电奠定良好基础。阜康抽水蓄能电站是国内首座采用EPC建设模式的抽水蓄能电站，也是新疆首座抽水蓄能电站项目，由中国电建所属西北院牵头，联合水电三局、十五局联营体EPC总承包。总装机容量120万千瓦。
