美畅股份：拟设子公司从事钨丝材料研发和生产
证券时报e公司讯，美畅股份(300861)8月3日晚间公告，公司拟以1亿元设立全资子公司陕西美畅钨材料科技有限公司（简称美畅钨材料公司）。公司成立美畅钨材料公司，将有助于整合资源，配备专业技术力量从事钨丝材料研发和生产，从钨丝材料本身到金刚线生产的后续工艺匹配，帮助提升钨丝金刚石线的产品品质并快速配合新产品的开发。美畅钨材料公司投产后，将使公司具有年产钨丝基材1200万公里的产能。
