易成新能：全资子公司拟加快石墨烯导热膜项目建设
证券时报e公司讯，易成新能(300080)8月21日晚间公告，为加快年产120万m2石墨烯导热膜新材料产业化项目建设，公司全资子公司开封平煤新型炭材料科技有限公司（简称“开封炭素”）拟投资设立控股子公司，新公司名称拟定为河南开炭超导热材料有限公司，开封炭素出资5850万元，持股比例43.33%。
