郑州煤电：联合投资成立信息科技公司
证券时报e公司讯，郑州煤电(600121)8月28日晚间公告，公司拟联合曙光云计算集团有限公司(简称“曙光云计算”)和河南赛之安智能科技合伙企业(有限合伙)(简称“赛之安科技”)，合作筹建专业化信息科技平台公司。公司投资5100万元，持股51%。
