宝鼎科技：拟以5.84亿元收购河西金矿100%股权
证券时报e公司讯，宝鼎科技(002552)9月5日晚间公告，公司拟以现金方式收购金都矿业所持招远市河西金矿有限公司100%股权，经协商确定的转让价款为5.84亿元。河西金矿现拥有1个采矿权，矿山名称为招远市河西金矿河西矿区，矿区面积约1.908平方公里，采矿证证载生产能力30万吨/年，安全生产许可证许可生产规模为9.9万吨/年。
