证券时报e公司讯，广发证券(000776)9月22日晚间公告，公司收到中国证监会《行政处罚决定书》。证监会认定公司以及签字保荐代表人王鑫和杨磊杰在美尚生态保荐业务中违法违规，罚没公司971.7万元，对王鑫、杨磊杰给予警告，并分别处以25万元罚款。
