天房发展：公司土地拟收储 补偿金额预计超过5亿元
证券时报e公司讯，天房发展(600322)9月28日晚间公告，公司就沙柳北路地块收储事项拟与天津市东丽区土地整理中心签署《天津市土地整理储备项目补偿合同》。本次收储土地约21万平方米，土地收储补偿金额预计占公司最近一个会计年度经审计主营业务收入50%以上，且绝对金额超过5亿元。
