美的集团：拟变更回购股份用途为注销并减少公司注册资本
证券时报e公司讯，美的集团(000333)11月30日晚间公告，公司计划拟对2021年2月23日第三届董事会第二十九次会议审议通过的《关于回购部分社会公众股份方案的议案》中剩余的回购股份用途进行变更，变更为“用于注销并减少公司注册资本”。
