天地源：下属公司10.82亿元竞得西安市高新区住宅用地
证券时报e公司讯，天地源(600665)5月16日晚间公告，5月16日，公司下属全资子公司西安天地源锦程房地产开发有限公司通过竞买方式，以总价10.82亿元获取了西安市高新区中央创新区GX3-16-25号地块的国有建设用地使用权。该地块面积46178.4平方米，容积率不大于2.8，土地用途为住宅。
