深南电路：目前不涉及玻璃基板的生产
证券时报e公司讯，深南电路(002916)5月21日接受机构调研时表示，针对FC-BGA封装基板产品，14层及以下产品公司现已具备批量生产能力，14层以上产品具备样品制造能力。此外，玻璃基板与PCB、有机封装基板在材料特性、生产工艺方面均存在差异，在各自的应用领域具有不同特征。公司对玻璃基板技术保持密切关注与研究，目前不涉及玻璃基板的生产。
